Pre-bookings for the Samsung Galaxy Book 4 series have commenced in India, signaling the imminent launch of the device.

Samsung has initiated pre-booking for its Galaxy Book 4 series in India ahead of the anticipated launch later this month. The lineup is expected to include the Galaxy Book 4 Pro, Galaxy Book 4 Pro 360, and Galaxy Book 4 Ultra models. Prior to its India debut, the Galaxy Book 4 series was introduced in South Korea in December.

To pre-book the Galaxy Book 4 series in India, customers can reserve their units by paying a token amount of ₹1,999 through Samsung.com, Samsung Exclusive stores, and select retail and online outlets. Samsung has announced that pre-ordering customers will be entitled to benefits worth ₹5,000 on their Galaxy Book 4 purchase.

As for the specifications, the Samsung Galaxy Book 4 Pro is rumored to sport a 14-inch or 16-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1,800 x 2,880 pixels, a 120Hz refresh rate, and 400 nits peak brightness. It may be equipped with an Intel Core Ultra 5 or Intel Core Ultra 7 chipset, Intel Arc graphics, up to 32GB of LPDDR5X RAM, and up to 1TB of SSD storage.

In terms of battery, the 14-inch Galaxy Book Pro could house a 63Wh battery, while the 16-inch version might feature a 76Wh battery, both supporting 65W charging. The Pro variant is expected to offer various connectivity options such as WiFi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3, with a weight estimate ranging from 1.23 to 1.56kg depending on the display size.

On the other hand, the high-end Galaxy Book 4 Ultra may boast a 16-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 2880×1800 pixels and support for a 120Hz refresh rate. It could be powered by either the Intel Core Ultra 9 SoC or Ultra 7 chipset, paired with either the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 or NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 GPU. Additionally, the Galaxy Book 4 Ultra might offer up to 64GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 2TB of SSD storage.
