Before Rakul Preet Singh and Jackky Bhagnani’s wedding, a report from Pinkvilla suggested that Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra would be adding star power to the festivities with their performance. According to an inside source quoted by Pinkvilla, “Raj and Shilpa are all set to elevate the festivities with their dynamic performance, delivering an electrifying Punjabi wedding mashup that will undoubtedly enhance the glamor and musical ambiance of the event.” The report highlighted the longstanding friendship between Raj Kundra and Jackky’s father, Vashu Bhagnani, while also noting Shilpa’s close bond with Jackky. The wedding is scheduled to take place on February 21 in Goa.

Meanwhile, Rakul Preet Singh, the bride-to-be, was seen traveling to Goa with her parents on Saturday evening. She appeared radiant in an orange co-ord set as she greeted the paparazzi with a smile. Jackky Bhagnani was also spotted at the airport, dressed in a printed shirt and pants.

On Saturday afternoon, Rakul Preet Singh and Jackky Bhagnani visited the Siddhivinayak temple in Mumbai to offer prayers ahead of their wedding. Rakul Preet Singh opted for a pink salwar suit and kept her accessories minimal, while Jackky Bhagnani wore a green kurta paired with black pants. A video from the venue went viral, where a paparazzo can be heard congratulating the couple in advance. Another paparazzo playfully teased Jackky, saying, “Sir, see you in Goa,” to which Jackky responded with a smile.

After publicly revealing her relationship with Jackky in 2021, Rakul expressed her views to Film Companion, stating, “We’re both of the opinion that there is nothing to hide or be secretive about in a relationship. If you are in one, the best approach is to give each other respect and openly acknowledge it. Let’s face it. We all know who the couples are, hiding and running. Both of us don’t subscribe to that mindset.”
