The much-anticipated romantic comedy “Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya,” starring Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon, has made an impressive debut at the box office with its day 1 advance bookings. The film has garnered an estimated total of Rs 13.15 lakh from the sale of 4,733 tickets, indicating a promising start with 1,520 scheduled shows.

Regionally, Maharashtra leads the collection with Rs 4.67 lakh, closely followed by Delhi with Rs 4.05 lakh. Chhattisgarh secures the third position, contributing Rs 1.51 lakh to the film’s initial earnings.

“Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya” tells the story of a computer engineer, portrayed by Shahid Kapoor, who falls in love with a humanoid robot, played by Kriti Sanon, and eventually marries her.

During a media interaction, Shahid emphasized the importance of cinema portraying imaginative concepts, drawing references from iconic films like “Mr. India” and “Robot.” He stated, “In cinema, we should depict things that are not possible in real life. The audience only cares if a film is well-made; if it is, the audience does show its love for the film.”
