Code 8: Part II (2024) Full Movie Overview
In the sequel to Code 8, Connor (played by Robbie Amell) is reintroduced as a janitor at a community center after being released from prison and attempting to distance himself from his criminal past, including his former associate Garrett (played by Stephen Amell). However, Connor’s resolve to stay out of trouble is shattered when he becomes involved in helping 14-year-old Pav (played by Sirena Gulamgaus) escape from corrupt officers led by Sergeant King (played by Alex Mallari Jr.). Utilizing newly launched robotic K9 units, Sergeant King relentlessly pursues Pav, forcing Connor to seek assistance from Garrett and his crew once again. However, Connor faces the dilemma of whether he can trust Garrett, the individual responsible for his imprisonment.
Directed by Jeff Chan, Code 8 Part II is set to premiere on Netflix on February 28. The film delves into a dystopian city where individuals with powers face oppression and policing, highlighting the challenges faced by ex-criminals and the moral complexities of alliances formed in desperate circumstances.
