I received one call from Air India’s social media team, not their customer service. I guess, they’re bothered by appearances, not poor service. Customers, plz always use your voice, big companies don’t care about you per se, they care about their image.”

Richa further questioned MakeMyTrip and Air India’s prompt response and expressed her gratitude for the assistance. She urged the companies to reflect on whether their promptness was influenced by her celebrity status. She encouraged them to address the concerns of ordinary customers with unresolved queries. Richa emphasized the value of positive public relations that cannot be purchased with money.
