In her column for Times Of India, Khanna humorously recounted her experiences at the Ambani festivities, juxtaposing her domestic responsibilities with the extravagant event. She also compared Akshay’s energetic performance to singer Rihanna’s reported multi-crore barefoot act, noting that it paled in comparison to Nita Ambani’s grand rendition of the Vishwambhari Stuti dedicated to Goddess Durga.
