Their wedding took place in two ceremonies at the ITC Grand South Goa hotel, attended only by close family and friends including Akshay Kumar, Tiger Shroff, Shilpa Shetty, Raj Kundra, Arjun Kapoor, and Ayushmann Khurrana.
The couple had an Anand Karaj ceremony followed by a Sindhi-style wedding, symbolizing both their cultures. Their pre-wedding festivities began on February 19.
Rakul and Jackky officially announced their relationship on Instagram in October 2021.
On the professional front, Rakul will be seen in the upcoming film Indian 2 alongside Kamal Haasan, Bobby Simhaa, and Priya Bhavani Shankar. Meanwhile, Jackky is gearing up for the release of his production venture, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, directed by Ali Abbas Zafar and featuring Akshay Kumar, Tiger Shroff, Sonakshi Sinha, and Prithviraj Sukumaran. The film is slated to hit theaters on Eid 2024.
